Homes for the Holidays (HFTH) is the flagship program at Warrick Dunn Charities. The focus is on providing a hand-up – not a handout – to single parents and their children.
Warrick Dunn’s late mother, Betty Smothers, was a single parent who worked tirelessly to achieve the American dream of owning her own home.
As a tribute to her, Warrick established Homes for the Holidays in 1997 to help make home ownership a dream come true for single parent families actively working to secure their own home. Today, more than 173 families have been served.
